Default Weird rear end sound

Hey guys, having an odd issue that I can't think of what it may be. Removed CV axles to do the cup swap, repacked with new redline grease and all. Got it all back together, took it out for a drive, and I'm having what I can best describe as a tire rubbing type sound. It happens only when I am going over a sizable dip in the road (think when going off of a bridge that has a drop).

The odd thing is that it does not sound to me like tire rubbing inside the rear fender or so, it sounds like a sound as if you go over those ridges in the road or as if the tire was dragging. It only happens for a second, and I don't feel any change in steering, but the actual rubbing can definitely be felt in the car. I've looked over everything and see nothing obvious, the tires look fine, etc.

Any potential thoughts?
