Default Weird Starting noise (Please Help)

Now that its cold here in Texas, Ive noticed a weird noise every once in a while. If the cars sits over night and its cold (40's and below) I get this screeching noise or something when I first crank it up. But, once warm or if the car only sits for 4 hours or so, it doesnt do it. I was wondering if it could be the belt? Heres a link to a video I took. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for the reply. I searched a little, but didn't find any vids confirming the same noise as mine. Saw several about the TCT. But, Im sure I could have found something if I had a little more time. Thanks again

Thanks again for the help guys! Does replacing the starter fix the issue or is it something we just have to live with?

It's gonna be more trouble than it worth replacing. Just live with it, like the rest of us. Whenever it's time for a new clutch then you can replace it.
