On my last oil change, noticed a part under the car had a good amount of rust and want to replace it. Does anyone know what this part is and the associated bolt? Here is a photo from another S2000 underbody:

 

My WAG would be #32 on the diagram.

Yeah, looking at your photo, it probably is #23.

Honda Factory Parts lists it.
