Default wheel alignment suggestions...

I've been browsing through old posts about alignment specs but I can't seem to figure out what to do…

I am running RPF1's staggered … 17x8 front and 17x9 rears … Should i just go based off the OEM suggested and tweak from there? I'd like a little more neg camber …

For long tire life and good handling characteristics, I recommmend:
zero front toe
-1 degree front camber

0.2 to 0.3 degrees total rear toe
-2 degrees rear camber

^^ very good place to start. its close to UK spec, i had my caster maxed out. not sure how that will affect tire wear for street driving.

Critical problem with the "UK spec" is that it calls for an ABSURD amount of rear toe at .67 degrees total. Awful for handling, disaster for tire wear!

I didn't mention caster because it can be kind of subjective. Many just go with the max they can get, but personally I prefer minimal caster, in the 5-5.5 degree range. To me, too much caster just adds artificial weight to the steering and can mask feel a bit.
