Default Wheel Clicking During Engine Breaking

So lately I have been noticing a pretty loud clicking noise when the car is engine breaking. When I push in the clutch and just let it coast the noise will go away. I had wheel clicking issues before under loading, i.e. turning but when I got my alignment it went away. Also, whenever I start from stop, and am releasing the clutch, just as I get rolling I am starting to hear a pop sound and then that sound doesn't appear again unless it is in the same start/stop condition. It sounds as though that is coming from outside and I was thinking that it could be that I need to get my axle nuts re-torqued. The clutch pedal also feels a little off in the sense that when I take my foot off the clutch, there seems to be an extra "pop/snap" coming from the pedal.

I have looked around, but I can't really put my finger on what this issue could be. Any thoughts? Thanks.
