Default When Unlocking or Locking Doors Both Indicator Lights Don't Flash

When using the key fob to unlock or lock the doors, the indicator lights either do not flash or only one will flash. Rarely do both flash. Any ideas on what could be the cause? Thanking you in advance.

I've had this same problem for the past 3 years! My lights do work, however it's just when I use the fob, one light flashes or sometimes not at all and rarely both at the same time.
I remember reading something about this possibly being an issue with the OEM/dealer installed alarm system under the seat- to check the cables and fuses...but I never got around to it and have just settled with it

i had the same issue. Here's what I did to fix it. I turned on the parking lights. Then I opened my hood and closed it. Dropped from like three feet and the lights came on.

I have this issue with my passenger side light... I usually whack that side of the headlight with my palm and give a little Fonzie-style "Aaaaeeeyyy" and its starts working again. I think its something in the connector coming loose. I replaced the bulb once and still had the same issue.

Hi all,
My 2007 sk2 had the exact same problem.
No flashing indicators when closing or opening the car using the remote.
The issue for me was a faulty hood sensor.
All you have to do is disconnect it, (open the bonnet and you'll see it to the right of the latch) the light should flash once unplugged.
try closing or opening the doors using the key fob, the lights should flash..
Then order a sensor from eBay for $20! Done!
Hope this will help.
