Where does this wire go?
After pulling my motor and rebuilding it and throwing it back in the car....it won't start. Its turning over just fine and it smells like its getting fuel. I think the no start has to do with this wire that I can't figure out where it belongs. I looked through the manual and couldn't find it for the life of me and I can't really read a wiring diagram.
The wire pictured is coupled with the two plug/wires that feed into the alternator.

WHAT THAT WIRE GOES TO..
I 2nd that ^. Thats the wire taht goes to the AC unit. The plastic clip has came off at the end. If your not going to use that AC then I would wrap it up so it wont touch anything.
THAT WIRE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHY YOUR CAR WONT START..
WHY THE CAR WONT START..
ALSO>>>> Check the ground wire that bolts to the back of the head! Iv seen people miss it many times before. The car will turn over but NOT start. Also the is 2 ground wires on the driver side by the motor mount. Make sure they are connected also. Most of the time , its the ground on the back of the head. You will have to take the valve cover off in order to get to it.
GROUND WIRE ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD IS RIGHT ABOVE THE VIN #

AH HAAAA! the AC was deleted from my car so that would make sense. And I absolutely missed that ground wire. I thought it should be grounded to the firewall. I will do this today and hopefully it will fire up
Car still won't start. Its turning over with more strength though. I even had to take the valve cover off twice because I intially screwed the ground into the hole just slightly above the hole thats directly above the VIN#. The other grounds by the drivers side motor mount are correctly grounded.....
Pull the plugs, if there is a strong smell of gas, either let them dryout or get new ones, crank the engine a couple of times without plugs to let the excess fuel out. That happened to me on my Integra, but on my AP1 I had a bad plug, replaced with new one but the cylinder was soacked in gas and the new plug failed to fire, I let it dry, placed again and rev to 1500rpm and problem solved. In your situation you can't rev it but try pulling the plugs. Hope it helps.
