Where or how to reprogram a new Ecu to the key
I just bought a new Ecu and I need it reprogrammed to my key. I called three Honda dealerships in town and they told me they dont work on salvage title cars. Wtf
Anyone know how to bypass the immobilize? Please help

Wow that is scummy. work is work. They wont do it because they aint selling any parts and its a waste of their time. No money to be made.
You will need to find someone that takes the Honda tool home with them at night and write your key, or find a dealer who wont BS you. There is no bypassing the immobilizer.
If you're near me my dealer would do it for me.
