Whinign noise coming to a stop

i always hear a whining noise coming to a stop. when its fully stop the noise is gone. could this be a sign of a bad diff or tranny?

Have you removed your airbox cover? (a big whine can be heard with no airbox cover)

A better description of your problem would help us help you.

Where is it coming from? witch gear? Clutch pressed?

I have this noise when rolling in neutral. It is more noticeable at slow speeds that isolate cabin noise. is your sound coming from the transmission, or driveshaft? i would also like to know.

clutch buzz maybe, throw out bearing in the tranny clutch config, these are both normal for an ap1

its coming to a stop in neutral. do not know where sound is coming from.

it whines right before the stop everytime. sounds like drive shaft

My 01 did that when i first got it, it had a tsb for the 00-01 where you change the clutch disk, but i just went with an aftermarket.
now it's louder
