this is weird , i can only hear it from a stop then go and only if my wheels are turned all the way to the right or left,, does anyone know what this could be??

Left or right may indicate a noisey differential. Whether this is a good or bad sign is hard to tell just based on your description. One would have to be there to hear it in person. Since you have an '01, have you ever changed your diff fluid? If not, it is long since overdue. A change to the proper fluid may resolve your issue.
ps. Your dealer may not always know what the "proper" fluid for our diffs is. Look in the "Oil Journals" stickied at the top of this forum for more info on what to use.
