Wind noise
You do not state the year of your car or where the wind noise is coming from. However, I've been known to be a fairly good fortune teller
so I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you have an early model car and you still have the old style windshield strikers. Get the heavy duty hardtop strikers and Loctite them in.
If I've guessed wrong, well, that's your fault for not giving any details.

How much play is in the top latches? Mine always break about every six months- the switch gets loose feeling and the latch gets all wobbly and the noise from the top gets louder.
Then Hondacare buys me new latches and all is good again.
