I do believe I have a crappy tranny. Unfortunately, it occurs too often with S2000 trannys to believe it is a "problem". The S2000 has an extremely high problem rate with the 2nd gear, and mine seems to be one of the bad ones. I have had to change my tranny oil every 3K miles to keep it usable. At about 3500 miles after a tranny oil change, it is absolutely terrible. If I change the oil, it is absolutely perfect. The difference in oils is what determines how quickly it goes from perfect to pure crap.
