Which Would You Use?

Ok So I have decided to do a full fluid swap on my S2000 when i get it back from the body shop...
Oil, tranny, and diff fluid will be changed...
I have run royal purple up until now... but have heard some things about it...
So settle it... Mobil 1 Vs Royal Purple!
Which ever wins this will be used in my car lol...

I already know how much and what to use for my engine oil but no idea for my tranny and diff? So how much and what viscosity should i use for them?

EVERY trans and diff fluid change I've done to the S has been with RP Synchromesh in the trans and MaxGear in the diff. 20K+ miles and four track days without incident in almost four years of ownership.
