Trying to get new weatherstripping for my 06. What the heck is this? Can’t find this on the part sites. I can find the front windshield moulding, or does this come with it?

Bought the car with custom upholstery. They redid the seats alternating stripes with red.

it is not a separate part, it is inserted into the molding when you buy it

I believe that what you are pointing to just a portion of the Front Roof Pillar Weatherstrip, Honda part number 72320-S2A-043. Maybe someone else can provide a definitive answer based on personal experience.
