Guys help me out here.

There is a GB on x brace and I've read alot of good news about the X brace but for an amateur like myself how difficult is it to install?

Does anyone have detail instructions?

If you have a jack and a couple jackstands, it's probably the simplest install you'll do. Just crawl under the car, unbolt the four existing screws, hold the x-brace up (it'll only go on one way) and use the supplied bolts to attach it. Be careful to not overtorque the bolts. Other than that, you're done. If you've ever used a screwdriver, you have all the skills you need.

Please read: http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...hp?postid=96372

X brace improves the chassis' rigidity in the front.

Mark_12345,

yup, it's dead easy.

But you'll need a set of metric allen (hex) drivers for your torque wrench.

The instructions list the torque spec, but you'll have to convert it to something useful. If you do a search here, you'll probably turn it up.

Torque spec is 36 ft. lbs.

It is a "must do" modification for this car. You'll feel an instant improvement in steering response and the car is not as easily rattled by "imperfections" in the road surface.

We have a few of those here in New England!

Buy one.
