looking to buy an M3, but am running into some roadblocks due to the fact that the car will be exported to canada.

thought i had an "in" with Ganley BMW in ohio, but they got stuck with the ohio state tax as they never had my cousin sign an out-of-state tax waiver - he bought an M3 from them last year (hardtopguy set it up).

a dealership in buffalo flat out said no for export.....conflicts with their franchise agreement with BMWNA.

any referrals would be appreciated....or if you could call your contact(s) and just ask if they'll sell me an M3.

i think legal bill has a recently acquired BMW?

i'm a serious buyer....i can cut a cheque tomorrow.

You may want to consider finding someone with a dealer license (not BMW) to whom you can pay a commission. They could buy the car from a BMW dealership w/o tax and some license requirements, and then "export" it to you.
