We started watching Mr. Mayor and turned it off after about 10 minutes. It was unbelievably stupid. I don't know why they would have a show so unreal and childish in this day and age. And Ted Danson must be hard up for money.
My daughter subscribed for the ghost stories, etc. If I have to pay more, I will not subscribe. I'm already pay $10 more per month for two British streaming channels so that's it for me.
A couple of my cable channels switched formats and are now showing 70's and 80's shows. Neat to watch, brings back a lot of memories. Watching Starsky and Hutch now never watched it back in the day. Watched Alice and Archie Bunker's Place brought back a lot of memories of watching these show with my parents back when they were on in primetime.
I agree with you, MsP. I saw several commercials featuring Joanna Gaines and frankly I've had enough of the Gaines family and have absolutely zero interest in seeing them again. I may take a peek at the channel on the free trial to see if anything looks particularly good and IF AND ONLY IF the programs are commercial free. I totally refuse to pay for a channel that bombards me with 15 commercials every 5 minutes.
