Kids, Grandkids, three dogs and I don’t believe the interior was ever cleaned. The exterior had ground in dirt on it and a car wash wouldn’t remove it. I hand washed it then I had to use an all purpose cleaner to clean off the crap.

So our cat usually wakes us up around 5 am each morning. So naturally I was relieved that we would get a few days where she would wake us up at 6 am with the time change. Nope, not a chance, and to make things worse she woke us up at 4 am , so she is going in the wrong direction ! lol. These cats always outsmart us , it is crazy .

Interesting BBC article on the Roman (really the ancient world) method of timekeeping that, in my opinion, wonderfully solves the daylight savings time problem. However, our culture obsessed with accurate timekeeping, would go bananas. This is definitely something for a retired country couple to use!

^ When I'm at the beach and I don't take a phone or watch I tell the time by the sun and the shade I cast onto the sand.
