Do you distrust Karl Rove as much as I do?

Too true, too true.
I just wonder if the mistrust directed at Rove is because the people are anti-Bush or if they have a general distrust of ALL "political operatives". A healthy distrust of people like Carville and his wife and Rove and Begala, etal should be the norm. Backroom people are generally much shadier than the politicians that they front for. Unfortunately, most of the distrust of Rove is because he works for Bush and is effective.

I have a great deal of trouble trusting anyone associated with the political process, regardless of which side of the aisle they are on. I don't really see that much difference between Carville and Rove. Neither of them are worthy of trust.
Worse still, I have a great deal of trouble believing anything any politican says, again, regardless of which side of the aisle they are on.
