Delaying one's gratification for a period of time will certainly cause you to really enjoy the item when you get it, but to obsess over a material object is not healthy. I love my S and I waited for about 20 years for a sports car that was a pleasure to drive (I had to raise my kids). HOWEVER, I still view it as something I could live with out. I'd rather not give it up now, but times and things change. There are many things I'd hate to give up more than a car.

All right - time for bluntness I guess - we are mostly adults here in Vintage 
Val once I get my hands on a man again, believe me the car will lose a little of it's appeal
But right now the only enjoyment in my life comes from hitting VTEC 
I hope that changes soon.
