I would never use it with peanuts, my local Bulk food store dispenses peanut and almond butter so easily I would rather use it than make a mess at home.
When I used to make breakfast smoothies with my blender to clean it I would put dish soap and water in it and run it and that would clean it really well and then just rinse it off.

A "Y" pal gave me some Christmas cookies today. VERY thin cookies, cut into various Christmas shapes with colored sugar on them. Don't know what they are. I've never had cookies so thin. They were tasty, like a sugar cookie, but the thinness of them was different. They are about as thin as a potato chip. She said they were home made. Does anyone make cookies like this?

my wife makes short bread Christmas cookies, using cream cheese, in various Christmas shapes. Her cookies are thin but not nearly as thin as chips, maybe like the thickness of 3 chips.

I need to locate some good smoothie recipes. I made one today with some frozen berries we had in the freezer, berries , yogurt, milk, shredded coconut. No sugar added as the berries and yogurt seemed to be enough.

Lainey! I brought some of these to Legal Bill’s cookie exchange. They are truly paper thin and very hard to make, so we brought the bakery made ones. https://wilkersonbakery.com/products...40462639169689

Yes, I was going to say Moravian cookies are very thin.

Same thickness. Not a spice flavor though I'd like those too!
Edit: my friend just calls them sugar cookies. The dough is rolled out super thin on pastry fabric

Lainey, I saw a number of recipes on the internet for “very thin rolled sugar cookies.” I am sure that you can also find such recipes by doing a search on Google.

Do you think you would like to make some yourself?

I'm not much of a baker. Rick is not crazy about sweets so if I baked cookies I'd eat cookies. No baking for me

Fixing beef stew this evening. Great recipe from NYT. Simple and delicious, and just the thing on a cold (relatively) winter evening.
