It's not one of the funniest single lines in TV history, but I always laughed when Norm entered "Cheers" and his response to everyone yelling "NORM!!!"

Actually-I just went to imdb.com, and searched for "Cheers" and came across their memorable quotes section.

They really did have some great writers on that show.
