^ Agreed. That is why the house with that much land is such a great bargain although you don't get the ocean view.

Oh I've found several in Carmel-by-the-sea that would fit the bill, the bill just didn't align with the current funds allocated for the purpose.

Jerry…. I played Streamsong Red, about an hour East of Tampa. Very unique place, built on a phosphate mine. I guess the closest thing I’ve seen to it is whistling straits?

87, 2 birdies, 1 ball all round

It is getting close to time to turn on the simulator subscription. https://e6golf.com/golf-courses/
87 or something courses. Kind of nice on a cold snowy Sunday to turn the heat up, put on shorts and play Kapalua or Mauna Lani.

Skytrak. It took me a long time t figure out how to get it to work reliably and not miss shots.
It was all about lighting. We put a small led lamp above and behind it, shining on the ball and it works like a champ now.
The frame for the netting is on the ugly side but I can pound balls whenever I want.
I get ball flight characteristics. which I don't get on the practice range.
Since I can't see where the ball goes anymore, practice is actually worthwhile.
I also find it much harder to lose balls.
