My buddy just got into doing Lego models. He gave me a Ferrari 812 Competizione to do. I haven’t done Lego’s since I was a kid building on the gray platform base. My Dad is coming to stay with me in a couple of weeks so thought it would be a fun Father/Son project.

That is awesome! Man I had piles and piles of legos as a kid. I would get a new set, build it per the picture, then take it apart and the pieces would go into my huge box of legos, from which I would build all sorts of random stuff. It was cool being able to build random stuff to play with. We got quite a few for our son when he was growing up and it was cool to build stuff together.

Ive still got most of my legos from when I was a kid, back when it was just blocks for building a house or something. They’ve come a long way now though.

Before nephew and family left, we went to the Lego store at Tysons Corner. Legos have come a long way. Amazing stuff in there.

Artemis, it's the new one that's supposed to take astronauts back to the moon.
