Good for you for sticking with it, Gene. You just have to "break through" those plateaus.

Scaled ticked down a bit...but someone sent me cookies. Going to do double duty at the Y today. Took a challenging class today, going to Zumba in a while.

Outside of snacking, there isn't much room to cut food. Not willing to give up carbs, will work on potion size, snacking and I'm ramping up the exercise. I'm not holding my breath for too much change. Will be pleasantly surprised if a few pounds disappear.

Bill, Eating celery as I read this.

Last night was bad/good depending on one's point of view - we were both really hungry from dieting so we had a big bowl of hot buttered salty popcorn while watching the tube.

I ate some leftovers tonight. Just a plate full, but a bit more than I should have. I hit the elliptical and the treadmill pretty hard and burned a recorded 450 calories. Then I lifted weights for about 30 minutes. I feel good, and that's something.

Some of my 36" pants are falling off, while others are a comfortably loose fit. Some of my 34" pants are too tight to wear while others are ok. So I'm still between sizes.

Bill, I have not been between your sizes in 30 years. Keep up the good work. I messed tonight - three hot dogs (not all at the same time) and three drinks. We will see what tomorrow brings.
