I fly Airbus A330s.

I can still fly for fun past 65 (If you can pass the appropriate medical exam) but I cannot do it for money. No commercial flying past 65 unless you are a navigator or engineer and those positions have been relegated to the dust bin of history.
You can still fly PIC Part 135 on a Second Class physical, I believe.

Second class physical depends on the certificate holder. Part 121 (Airlines) you can fly SIC with a second class but if you are PIC you need to see the Aviation Medical Examiner every six months. I think I have the eye chart memorized now. (ZONVR!)

I would not consider Part 135. Terrible hours, pay is all over the map; at this point in time I want my life to be easier, not more difficult. I want to see the trout taking my flies and the bead of my shotgun leading a pheasant in the foreseeable future!

The jury is still out but I think the CBD I'm taking twice a day is improving my sleep. Last night I slept horribly but I had two things on my mind that wouldn't leave me alone. Tonight, I hope, it goes back to the way it was for the last two weeks. I have been switching between my bedroom and my guest bedroom so my cat, Talia, who I brought home from California a week and a half ago, feels more welcome in this Colorado house, in the guest bedroom. I sleep better in the guest bedroom because my kitten, Maury, doesn't wake me up licking my nose at 4:00 a.m.

I’ve had the same off-and-on experience with sleep. What really helped me was finding the right strain. Not every one works the same for me at all. I started checking these cannabis strains to see what others were using for insomnia and it’s been exactly what I need

I've used the gummies from time to time. Sometimes I feel really relaxed and fall asleep quickly after taking one. Other times it seems to do nothing at all.

One thing I recently read on line, is that if you are one that has to have a busy mind which keeps you awake, think of a word, then think of words that begin each of the letters in the word. It keeps your mind busy and off of what might be keeping you awake. This has helped me fall asleep many nights lately. Often I don't even get to use all the letters in the word I select, as I've drifted off to sleep.

Thankfully at this point I have to fight to stay awake, and I sleep pretty good once I go horizontal. I start the day early (4-5 am) I am extremely busy all day and evening hours, and I usually end work at 9 pm. Just the time to putz around the house a bit and sleep hits me hard by 11 pm.

My wife and I sleep like babies. I get up once around 4:00 AM for a bathroom visit but go right back to sleep. Our secret is a G&T about an hour before bedtime.
