Haha. You should have seen the new Honda salesman when I was test driving a Civic SI on Thursday at one of the venues. He was gripping the frigging seat with both hands. He did tell the sales manager that he enjoyed the ride though.

The same thing happen to me a few years back when I took out a Acura TSX out for a ride. The salesman was a 20 something year old. He said that he would have to drive the car off the lot before I could get behind the wheel. Once behind the wheel he was telling me that I had to take a sharp left up ahead. I down shifted a couple of gears and turned into the corner. His response was I didn't think this car could take that corner that fast. I looked over at him and calmly said, I didn't think so either. When we got back to the showroom he was telling everyone about his experience.

 

Some of the stuff you read on S2KI outside of Vintage is pretty amazing, often astounding, and sometimes pretty sad. That thread qualifies as all three.
