Good luck with it. Hope the new job is going OK
Thanks, it's an adjustment from a larger firm w/ better support (IT etc), but I'm getting up to speed. The firm revolves around the principal, a very talented and exacting designer that is extremely busy since all decisions must go through him. It's the nature of high end residential, dealing w/ private clients w/ diplomacy and finesse.

Boy, this reminds me how glad that I've done about 1% residential work in my career

It's absurd what some people do w/ there money - but I guess if you have so much of it and are self indulgent it keeps the kibbles coming for me...
I'm working on a 2,400 bedroom suite w/ MBR, his and her baths, studies, and dressing rooms in Greenwich this am.

Just found out yesterday my lease for the only secure parking within a 4 block radius has been terminated effective April 1st. The S may be sold earlier so it doesn't live on the streets of the Bronx, though this is a safer 'hood than most.
I'm doing the private sale are you serious etc thing starting tomorrow. If I sell the car before the Mini comes it's 2 hrs each way on the train instead of 50 minutes by car..ouch!
