It's bound to be peppier than the PT. That thing wouldn't fall out of a tree.

How many Vintage folks have CR-Vs? Jerry (Spokes Man) just got one. I think Sam (spt-s2k)got one to replace his Fit, and I know at least one other person at Spring Fling had one. They all seem happy with them.

I like my 2010 CR-V, although I would prefer more power sometimes. I wish they offered a V6 like the Toyota RAV4, or a turbo 4-cyl like the Subaru Forester. However, if I just put my foot into it, it responds pretty well (V-Tec is weak). I've been averaging around 21 mpg around town, and am anxious to see how it will do on the open road. I purchased the LX model since I didn't want all the bells and whistles of the EX and EX-L models, and also needed to keep the price down. However, I've switched to the EX alloy wheels, added the rear tailgate spoiler (IMO, this option really adds a finishing touch to the already nice styling of the CR-V), side moldings, all weather floor mats, and rear cargo cover. I purchased all of these items (except the wheels) from HandA Accessories, and saved a bundle $$ over what the dealer would have charged. Overall, I think the CR-V is the best bang for the buck of all the cars I considered.

Thanks for the heads up Jerry.

I'll look into the add ons when and if we decide.

I think that the Juke was actually designed by Reneault, it looks like a left over car, you know, the car where they put all the parts that they didn't use elsewhere. The CRV is very nice, if you want that CRV with a turbo, that would be the RDX. Gas milage is quite rough around town (17), but on the road it gets 22ish, and it does gooooo. Handling isn't bad either, and you can fit 8 ft. dimensional lumber inside with the back seat down. (A good trait )
