I try to eat a healthy lunch everyday. I always bring a salad and 1 or 2 pieces of fruit and usually a turkey breast sandwich on whole grain bread with mustard. Today I had a spinach tuna salad with some pasta for a side dish.

My wife packed me a nice, healthy chicken sandwich and a couple hundred calorie packs (cheeze-its and cookies) to go with it. But I sabotaged her plan by going down to the company cafe and getting a side of mac and cheese and a soda to go with it all

Well, today it was lean roast beef and broccoli and unsweatened tea. Kind of blew it with the slab of chocolate cake, though.

Lunch today will be a Big Mac, jumbo fries, chocolate malt, maybe a couple chocolate chip cookies for dessert later, and on the way back will stop off for a chili dog. Oh, and a Milky Way bar. Yum.

No dessert today.........yet.

The cafeteria had a special on rib-eyes with roasted potatoes and corn on the cob. I couldn't help myself.

The steaks were thin and overcooked, of course, but tender and tastey with a dab of A-1.
