Most snow birds stay put for 3-6 months at a time. There would not be too many trips with the cats if that is what you did. You could just volunteer when you were in CO. I know you enjoy it, but it's not like they are paying you. Kidding aside I know that is why some people don't volunteer. They don't want to be tied down by the responsibility.

PS just saw your post about the construction....I guess the snow/cold will work for you.

Yeah, I learned that we don't matter much since the woman I overlap with for the first hour has been gone for 3 months with back issues. When we aren't there as volunteers the paid staff just works more and it can make it harder for the other volunteers. No big deal. My life shouldn't be limited for that.

Fun photo of the day. Reflections in the tuba during a performance of a local brass band during a Holiday stroll. It's a selfie too. I'm standing in the sleigh.

Thanks, Sue. I've been in touch with the tuba player and sold him a copy.

I think I still have some equipment write off. AND, he and some of the band are playing next Saturday afternoon, locally. I'll probably drop off the photo and Rick will come along. There is beer...I will likely spend any profit on beer for my ever patient photography assistant. That's a write off too. I'm still not making $ here.

Thanks...The bottom one is the one I had printed. Did a little different cropping, got more of his hands.

I need to see green living plants but I'm settling for images of them.

^12-4-2018. A new canvas from iCanvas, I'm putting up in my bedroom.

^12-4-2018. A spider plant my sister didn't want anymore and gave to me, in my guest bedroom so my cat Atticus won't shred it.

^12-3-2018. Ricky's mom, Virgie, with some of her roses in Fountain Valley, CA. Ricky's way of reminding me of other weather.

^ 12-3-2018.
