Our dependence on oil
With the mess in the Gulf, oil is at the forefront of everyone’s minds. If you have any interest in when dependence on foreign oil began 100 years ago, alternative transportation available now or the near future, the outlook for oil drying up, and what the future of transportation might hold - then check this show out.
The guest for the June 3, #58, show is John DeCicco, a professor and environmentalist. I found him very interesting and I believe you will as well.
His part of the show starts at the 30 minute mark and wraps up at the 60 minute mark. You do not have to watch the whole show... just point and click at the track below the window and select your starting point near 30 minutes.
