just got a new receiver for my home theater.
instructions said to tack up the antenna to the wall with the fallowing warning.
Caution:
Be careful that you don’t injure yourself when using thumbtacks.


sine bill is stuck on a plane...
how many lawyers does it take to write a manual?

Protecting us from ourselves....as Gene mentioned in my lawnmower thread over in NE.

I don't think lawyers make much on thumbtack claims.

Off topic, what receiver did you get.
On topic, being married to a lawyer, those thumbtacks can be very tricky for the non-engineering types.

being an engineer type maybe we need to work on the push-pin safety engagement system

onkyo NR-807, good upper midrange HT unit without breaking the bank.

Now I have to climb back up into the crawl space behind the fireplace and string the HDMI cable up to the projector, that and run a cat6 cable to the unit from the switch.
