A different way to describe it, is I have to pass the test. I have to overcome the challenge, I have to succeed.
I just have to go do the homework now, nothing comes for free.
I'm so curious what transpired when you were a wise guy.

So, what's happening with the broken clavicle?

Dave, After ( and if) I build a garage.
A Sprite in good shape would be welcome.
or maybe a cheap basket case rotisserie candidate, to fill my retirement years.

Patty I didn't get a shot of the X-rays but on Friday a plate will secure clavicle parts for proper alignment.
The bike appears to have come out of the adventure ok.

The more I think about this the madder I get at the butthead in the mirror.
No reason that this should have happened. Other than simply stupid decision making that started with prep.
My wife refuses tp drive 3 of the AMGs because nothing has happened to them yet.
Well I certainly got that over with right quickly and broke that duck.

I kicked the can down the road for a different surgeon.
Longer story, didn't have the confidence in him.

^ How far down the road? I hope not too long. Are you using a sling on the side where the collar bone/ribs are broken? Or tape?

but to answer your question, I have a sling which I am sort of using. If I'm out and about I use the sling but not when I sleep.
The pain is down a LOT, and that's bad. things are healing which means we may need to take a step back wards on the clavicle but the ribs are doing better.
i'm off of the heavy pain meds. which is probably good because I have a headache which may be withdrawal oriented.

I thought I was doing pretty good. I haven't had any pain meads in a 2 days.
While now comfortable, I'm doing OK,
then that sneeze snuck up out of nowhere, no warning just wham, ACHOOO.
the air crackled with new expletives.

Finally got my X-rays. They aren't all that bad but some folks get squeamish so you don't have to look if you're not curious.

That's a lot of displacement! Those aren't going to glue back together.
