I love my hardwood floors, but today, carpet might make my feet a little warmer!

I'm wearing layers........I don't see removal of said layers happening any time soon for ANY reason.

You need radiant heat Lainey. It was -20 or some such insanity this morning I think it is just as cold in southern New England tho'. My truck REALLy didn't want to start this morning but with a little love she fired up. We are expecting rain on Tues.

I'm guessing you don't need a reminder but use high SPF sunscreen! I think I should take the S2000 to Ricky's in Corona.

Yeah, I use 30, Patty. I should use 50, but I can't stand the stuff.

!! How many cancers have you had removed?! I'll bet you've lost count. I've had a basal cell and a squamous cell cancer removed. I now wear sunsleeves when I ride my ElliptiGO along with 50 SPF. I hate the stuff too but prefer it to being carved on.

^I know this is gross but that was what it looked like when the squamous cell dot was removed. I asked the nurse to take the photo. I didn't want to see it at the time.

So we're up to an absolutely balmy 9°F.
Just got back in from spreading salt on the driveway to make sure furnace cleaning guy has no problems in the driveway tomorrow morning.
The house at 70° feels almost tropical.

Here's a helpful hint to you folks in the southern, more milder climes.
When you come in from the near-zero cold, efforts to warm your hands on your beloved's more private part will likely not be met with the same enthusiasm as you have.
The success of this sort of effort, well, It really boils down to a reaction time sort of thing

All times are GMT -8. The time now is 10:51 PM.
