The Vintage Weather Thread
This week we've gone from about 80 to about 40. Had snow showers this morning. The cherry blossoms may set a new record for early blooming. Peak is expected to be Mar 14-17, before the festival even starts! I believe the earliest was Mar 15 in 1990.
I love your photos! Thank you. I have a window of about 4 hours to get out and ride my ElliptiGO before the rain starts. GO Go GO.
Looks like starting Fri we are going back to chillier temps for about a week - 40s. The ones we didn't see much of during the rest of the winter. Even some snow flurries in the forecast. At least daylight savings is starting this weekend. That I like!
The weather people are finally using the phrase "we don't need more rain". Haven't heard that in years. May get a few days of sun, then more wetness. A neighboring city has gotten 54 inches since July 1.
Windy, raining and a bit warmer today, but it won't last. Winter returns again this weekend. Saturday night temps around 10 degrees. Temp below freezing Sunday and lower 30's next week. No top down time in immediate future.
