What good books have you read

Scoots, I was reading your Signature.... do you own two S2000's?

Yes!

That's ok, Dave. The first step in recovery is admitting you have a problem. I would be happy to perform an intervention. I'm sure #5025 would be very happy here away from the snow, ice, and salt.

I love, yes love, that we all read whatever it is that we desire. It's not just paper pages anymore, although that is what I look at, feel and enjoy.

Recently finished "The Taking of K-129". I am currently reading "The Big Ones". I have "D-Day Through German Eyes", "Brief Answers To The Big Questions" and "Five Presidents" downloaded and ready to go.
Besides that I am reading a textbook for taking the Technician Ham License.

Do you still have to pass the Morse Code test?
Back in my teens, I briefly pursued my Ham License, but, alas, life got in the way and I never got beyond just being a short-wave listener.

Technician is the lowest. Morse code is the reason I didn’t get my license years ago. It is not required now.

I love this book and don't want to finish it although I'm almost done. It's one of the best I've read in years. For our age group it has so much good and insightful ideas/information. I bought it at Costco but it's cheaper on amazon.com. I highly recommend it. I think it has something for everybody that's over 30 or 50.
