Even tho I no longer have my S2000 I think it is wonderful that so many really appreciate that truly special car. One of the best sports cars of all time with an engine that could rank as one of the best ever.

I would disagree on that one. Some were; some were not. I had the latter and never liked it.

Everyone raves about the gearbox in mine. Actually I think the post above is the first person I have heard say otherwise. Sorry to hear you got a less good one!

Leaving myself out since I am biased to my own car, I have let plenty of people try mine out on an autocross course. The three things that always get rave reviews are (in this order) Steering/turn in response, gearbox, engine

The steering/turn in response even gets mentioned by AP2 owners. Likely due to the quicker rack

I patted my WRX on the butt last night and told it good job after it got me home safely through the first storm of the season.

People in snow country really appreciate a vehicle that will get you home safely and without stress or drama. I can relate to this. The rear end on the WRX can still get a bit squirrelly on you as it has a RWD bias (55-45 R-F ?) , but the stability control works really good with that and you just have to keep the throttle under control when cornering in the slick stuff. My Impreza is (40-60 R-F) and the rear end is a bit more settled because of that, both work really well though.

I came up with a great storage tip, have enough garage to park all of your cars.
