Personally, I've only used this . . .
I would imagine the formulas are not too far apart considering they come from the same company. The one I used works very well. My GF this winter got a bunch of snow in her car (I have no idea how). Due to the moisture in the car it started to smell musty. First I tried Febreeze and it helped for about a week. So, I sprayed the #23 on all the fabric I could reach and the smell completely went away.
