Read goods things about it, but I tried something else that was cheaper.

I've tried it as well as Z2 Pro and wasn't impressedwith either. They have been demoted to the daily drivers wheels at this point.

IMO Blackfire is a much better product. You can top it with your favorite wax or use it as it is. It produces a intense finish with this slickest surface I encountered to date.

The reports I've read on Blackfire was its longevity wasn't that great. Have you found this to be true? Perhaps if you are always topping it, it doesn't matter.

I've only used it since the first of the year so I can't really weigh in on it's longevity however it's so dare easy to apply and remove I find myself using it all the time. The shine and slick finish are truely intense.

Here the thread covering my first use of Blackfire with pictures.

You've had the exact opposite experience of 99% of everyone else that has tried either. Are you sure you just aren't pissed at Sal or something?

No, I was really hoping it would perform as well as everyone talked about.

When compared to Blackfire I still find that Zaino comes up short. I've since used it twice with similiar results on the "S". To me, Blackfire is so easy to apply and remove it ridiculous and it's shine is as good as anything I've seen or used to date. Blackfire's wax works as well as any other high end wax in terms of application and removal also. As metioned before I can't provide any useful insight on durability yet. I've just not used it long enough to really get a feel for that. The upcoming Florida summer will put them all to the test though....the love bug season is soon to begin as well.

CS is a wipe on and walk away sealant and it's takes a bit of effort to get it on thin. To much and you wind up going over the car and removing all the splotches and streaks left behind. That kinda wore my patience thin a bit I'll admit.

To date I've used the following on our cars and find that the Blackfire combo goes on and comes off as well if not better than all of these I've used. In terms of shine, color, depth, wettness, etc. IMO it's as good as any. If someone asked me which I'd recommend to use on a prepped and polished car I'd have to go with the Blackfire.

Products used
-Griots Best of Show
