I tried this out once when it first came out, but only used it a couple times. First of all, it works as advertised, but the filter it comes with needs to be replaced fairly often, something like once every 4 car washes or so if I remember correctly. It just wasn't cost effective, and I wasn't saving THAT much time with it either.

Used it once. It was more trouble than it was worth, so eventually I threw it away.

I'd wager that the vast majority of them are used once or twice and collect dust in a corner after that.

I was completely unimpressed.

I used it on a mazda I used to have. I never had issues with water spots being left behind. However I am not using on my S. I would much rather choose the soap and hand dry it

I have read numerous reviews on it, and have heard things from the filter changing, to hard to remove water spots, and leaves a film on your finish...
I would never use this, but I'm never looking for the lazy way out either.
