Default ARC titanium cooling panel

I am really struggling to keep my cooling panel looking nice. What do you recommend to clean it and what do you think about cleaning it and then having it cleared to protect the metal. Anyone tried this?

Thanks. I love this forum!

I'd probably try something like Klasse All-In-One first... it's a pretty good chemical-based cleaner and sealant. If that doesn't work, maybe try some Flitz metal polish? It's worked wonders on my exhaust tips...

Thanks for the input, are your tips polished or more like the anodized type finish? My cooling plate has a matte finish that I like and dont want to polish it to a shinier finish, just clean it and protect it if possible.

Yes, my tips are polished. In your case then, I would try using the Klasse first, or if you don't have any, maybe a diluted mixture of vinegar and distilled water. I don't know whether or not the vinegar/water solution is harmful to titanium, though, so perhaps someone else can chime in here

should be fine...
just test a small area first - as i do with any product before going for it.

i am having a hard time understanding the part that you are talking about- got pics??
most metal cleaners are pretty good- i like the mild spray on ones (just used one called "thor" last night on the stainless bbq). it has a mild cleaner that works really well.
make sure that the part is cool before you spray anything on it
