car cover question
I just purchased a cover from CMG ( Coastal Meta arts Gallery and Automotive Accessories)
and received it today. It seems to me to be a bit flimsy and possibly rough on the paint of the car. I live in the California desert and need a cover when parking at work in the intense sun everyday and this cover doesn't seem to be up to the job. CMG made it seem that it would be fine but I suspect they are more concerned about a sale than they are about my s2k. Has anyone else orderred this cover and if so how do you like it? Also, if anyone has any other recommendations for a quality cover that has excellent uv protection, please respond. By the way 350 miles on the odometer, only 250 away from driving bliss.
Thanks in advance for everyone who responds!!!!!!!!!!!

I, also have the Honda cover. I don't park mine outside with it though. You might want to try www.covercraft.com for ideas.
I have the costal metals cover.
IMO, it is NOT a good cover for outdoor use.
It is a bit "rough" and if it's blown around with a lot of wind it will cloud the paint a bit with scuffs over time, (my S is Black so things definitely show).
I had to have these clouds buffed out, fortunately it was possible.
I did have the OEM cover, but after two years outdoors it basically wore through in a couple of places.
I was much softer, and had a nice lining on the inside surface.
It was not waterproof, this is why I tried the CM one.
I have decided to just go topless at this point
