Default Car Smells!

I recently bought an S2k from an older gentleman. The odor of the car isn't terrible; but it certainly has an odd odor. What would you guys recommend that i use or do to get it to smell clean? I can't thank this forum enough for all of it's help, and sorry if it seems i ask so many questions...

change the cabin filter, vacuum and clean the carpets with deodorizer, clean and condition the leather, clean the vinyl in the car with 303. If that doesn't work, dump about 2 boxes of baking soda into the carpet after removing the seats. Let it sit for two days, vacuum out.

I think the above recommendations are all good - my car is somewhat in the same situation...but fortunately not an old man smell. I bought my car last month and leaving the windows open in the garage has helped.

By the way, why do old men smell? I already plan to shower more often once I turn 50.
