Default Cleaning up coffee

...So I'm waiting at a light and a suv pulls up next to me. as the light changes to green the passenger behind the driver throws a cup of coffee into my car (my top was down) and the driver made a quick right turn. I thought about chasing this M/F But, I didn't have my heat with me. It's a good thing 'cause I would have smoked some one. Plus, I had no idea what/who or how many were in that truck. Anyway, any Ideas on cleaning up the mess? I wiped off most of the sugary mess with hot soapy water. But, I'll have to resume tomorrow at first light. I hope I don't see these people again 'cause I won't Hesitate.

there are some real jerks out there!!
do you have stains?
if so, on which parts of your interior?
unless the coffee sits long enough to dry you probably got it off- unless its in your carpet...
let us know what you need help removing and we can give you some better specifics

I can understand the anger! Damn, I am pissed just reading this. Did you get the license plate b/c you could find them someday and cut all four tires and that would more then pay for the can of resolve they cost you. I hate stupid people... don't sweat it, they are just jealous.

There was sugar everywere My car smelled like starbucks this morning! Well, all is well after 12 hrs of cleaning. First I washed/dryed the exterior. Removed the seats, I used nutrigena soap (it's a mild facial soap that rinses easy) and hot water. Then after I wiped every thing down, I used clear hot water to remove any soap residue. All the while drying with a clean cloth. Cleaning the vents was a After that I Watched some Yankees game, had a little nap then, went back to work with vinyl protectant, leather cleaner, glass cleaner and triple acting resolve. I must say, I have been meaning to detail my interior. Well it's done! My only problem is my A/C, recirculation and, fan speed buttons are sticky as hell. Any way to get the gunk out? I'm not sure if I should spray the switches directly because of any circitry getting wet. Any Ideas? Thanks guys. Tomorrow I do the Wax Then, I'm doing some drivin'

Sorry to be so long winded. This helps me vent so I don't go out and hunt this M/F down And end up in jail!

That is terrible indeed! I don't understand how people could act out in such way. But it is highly advisable for you not to retaliate in any way on your own. If you have his license plate, you might pursue it that way and file a claim. Inflicting physical violence on those who did this is not going to bring any relief in the long run but more suffering to you. Walk away as a better person and leave the mean spirited folks to their own vices.
