i was drying my car when suddenly a see this little chip on the drivers side fender, and i notice that the clear coat is peeling off, i don't know what to do , maybe i can use the touch up paint, don't have idea ......any help before this get worse

 

how often do you wax?

 

chip of what? pretty unusual to get clear coat peels and also unusual to see them...

if in fact it is clear coat, re-painting is my recommendation
