But like Mikey said, if you like it, and it works for you, what does it matter?
[QUOTE=MikeyC,Dec 6 2009, 01:43 PM]In the end it does all come down to preference (I hate sealants for instance).

Anyways, if you have a certain wax or sealant that you like better than the rest, could you please post up what it is and why?
I'm a huge fan of Rubbish Boy's Original Edition. At $66USD plus shipping, I think it's the best value in detailing. I'd put it up against anything out there on looks. And it's hand made by a guy named Ben, in his kitchen, in England. Truly a "small batch" wax that is appreciated by those who understand these things.

RBOE makes well prepared paint look incredibly deep, like you could stick your arm into it. Metallics don't just pop, they almost move. Its durability isn't any better or worse than other high end carnaubas - figure a couple months on a car that's garage kept.

It's a little unusual in the way you use it. It's VERY hard. I apply mine with bare hands. Aaron and some others use other methods. Just keep in mind that you're not dealing with something where ease of use is its main job. So it's a little more work to apply and remove. This is not to say that it's "difficult" - it's not - just that it's more work than many other LSPs. Your patience will be rewarded. I promise. Here's how I use it: http://www.detailingbliss.com/forum/f38/rb...html#post189166
