Default Finally!

Have finally found a decent s2000 one that has been looked after and have put a deposit down on it! Now I just need to sell my current car and hopefully will have it in 2 weeks!

I do however have it in Nuremberg Blue (or as some of you call it lady boy blue lol)

So cant wait to pick it up!

Any tips on cleaning it as it could do with a good valet, have never really cleaned a soft top before.

Hope i get on well with you lot!

Congratulations and welcome. Regarding cleaning of the soft top, I have recently started using Ragtop for Vinyl tops - the cleaner and the conditioner (Ragtop actually has a package deal that they can ship to you - one of each) - and can advise that it is superb for this purpose. You need a proper horse hair (soft bristle ) brush to wash the top properly and lift all the accumulated dirt out of the grain before applying the conditioner. But it comes up looking new when you are finished. The cleaning Forum has lots of other tips for cleaning and polishing and would be a good site to investigate (as are all the other Forums on the site to research virtually any question that you might have).

Congrats Spazz on your new ride and welcome aboard.

Most folks here would say to change all the fluids. Did you get from a dealer? They may have already done that.

If from a private seller then by all means change those fluids !
