I finally found a 303 kit with the cleaner and protectant and I think tomorrow will be the first time I use it. I have a couple questions though. First what do I use to apply it? Should I spray it on a microfiber cloth or just spray it directly on the roof? Next how many sprays for my whole top? Anything else I should know?

you should use 303 very sparingly

 

as bass says, spray it away from the car... i use rags and soak them well with 303 or vinylex then rub down the top and let it sit while i finish the car. then i come back and buff it down a couple times to get off all excess product (so it doesnt run onto the car in case of rain).

 

Do I rub it into a wet or dry top?
