Default Getting a new paint job

Hi guys,

I recently got into an accident and need a new paint job. I should be recieving my car on Friday and was wondering if anyone could tell me what I should look for when evaluating the quality. What makes a paint job good? Also how long should I wait before I start pounding on the wax?

Thanks in advance,

Vincent

vincent- the best paint jobs are invisible...
they look like the car is brand new and you can not tell where the painted area ends and the unpainted area begins.

as far as when to wax- ask the painter cause it depends on his process.
in any case, after 30 days just about any process is cured.
curing has to do with allowing all paint to dry and the solvents to evaporate out. if you wax it too soon, you trap in the evaporation and can discolor the paint.
